Recommend RankNexus to the businesses you already advise, and earn commission on what they go on to pay us.
The rate is the last thing we’re settling. Tracking, the ledger and the payout rules are built and running — every other number on this page is already fixed.
Someone opens your link, or notes your code.
A new account, created after your click.
Paid plan, $349 a month, captured.
Accrues to your balance once a rate is published.
A schematic of the four events the ledger stores, not live data. The price shown is our real Pro price.
Commission is paid on eligible revenue: the customer's payment, less tax and less any discount. Worked out here on our real plan prices, by the same engine that calculates what we pay you.
We won’t print a figure we can’t pay yet.
These are not placeholders. They apply from the day the programme opens.
You earn when a customer you referred pays. Clicks, free signups and trials do not generate commission on their own. Once a referred customer makes an eligible payment, you earn the applicable rate on that payment, net of tax and discounts.
This paragraph, and every figure on this page, is read from the same record the ledger pays from and the programme terms quote. None of them can say something different here.
Most of what goes wrong in a partner programme is a disagreement about a number. This one is built so there is always a row to point at.
A referral link for audiences that click, and a partner code for audiences that never do. Most programmes only really have the first.
The figure you earn on is the customer's payment less tax and discounts — a number you can check against their invoice.
Clicks, referrals and commissions are itemised, and each one records why it was paid, held or reversed. Nothing is a black box.
Applications are read, not auto-approved. A programme that lets anyone in is a programme whose margin gets competed away — and the commission comes out of that margin.
Four events, in this order, and nothing between them is inferred. Each one is a row we store — which is why the last can always be explained by pointing at the first three.
Post your referral link, or give your audience your partner code. Both work from the day you're approved.
Someone you sent creates an account and starts paying for a plan.
The referral is recorded against you and fixed at their first payment, so it can't move to someone else later.
Commission accrues as pending, becomes payable once the hold period ends, and goes out on the next payout run.
If your audience trusts your opinion on tools, the recommendation is already happening. This puts a ledger behind it.
You already tell clients which tools to buy. This pays you for the recommendation you were making anyway.
Refer the work you don't want to deliver. If you'd rather resell under your own brand, a For Agencies plan is the better fit.
A code in the description reaches the people who will never click the link next to it.
One partner code, handed to a whole cohort, with the referrals still attributed individually.
Web design, CRO, PR and dev shops whose clients all have the same unsolved search problem.
There is no volume target and no posting schedule. What works here is the thing you would have published anyway, with your link or code in it.
What isn’t allowed is short and specific: paid search on our brand terms, ads pointed straight at our site, our name in a domain, coupon and deal sites, auto-apply discount extensions, and pages a visitor would mistake for an official one. The terms set it out in full.
Show RankNexus doing a real job inside an SEO workflow your audience already follows.
Include us in a tools round-up on the merits. We don't ask for a rank, a rating, or a promise.
Tell your list what you use and why. A partner code in the issue works without anyone clicking a link.
Use the product as the worked example in an educational piece, with your code in the resources.
Attribution is the part partners are right to be sceptical about. Here is exactly where it works, and exactly where it doesn't.
Your own short link, ranknexus.ai/r/yourcode. Clicks are counted server-side, so your traffic is visible even when attribution isn't possible.
Typed by the customer at checkout. It needs no cookie, and it takes priority if a link and a code name different partners.
Clicks, referred customers, what's pending, what's become payable, and your balance towards the next payout.
We ask before storing anything on a visitor’s device. So a visitor who declines functional cookies — or who leaves before answering the banner — may not be tracked by link at all. That is a deliberate choice about consent, not a gap we plan to close, and we would rather tell you now than have you work it out from your own dashboard.
It is the reason every partner gets a code as well as a link.
The whole programme on one card, so nothing about it has to be discovered later.
Summaries. The programme terms are the agreement.
Send us your application: who your audience is, and how you'd put RankNexus in front of them. A person reads every one, and you'll hear back either way. Approved partners get a referral link, a partner code and a dashboard.
Commission stays pending for 30 days after the payment it came from — long enough to cover the refund window — and then becomes payable. Payable balances go out on the next run, once a month. The minimum is ₹1,000 for payouts in rupees, $50 for payouts in US dollars, and anything under it rolls into the following run rather than being lost.
The commission is reversed in proportion to what was refunded — refund a quarter of a payment and a quarter of the commission comes back. If the customer simply cancels, nothing is clawed back: commission on payments they made and kept stays yours, and future accrual just stops.
Whichever fits the channel. A link is natural in an article or a resource page. A code is better anywhere a click isn't — a video, a podcast, a newsletter, a workshop — because the customer types it at checkout and nothing has to survive the journey in between. Most partners end up using both.
The code does. A code typed at the moment of purchase is explicit intent; a link click may be weeks old and passive. Whoever wins, attribution is fixed at that customer's first payment, so every renewal follows it.
You may not get credit for that visit. We ask before storing anything, so a visitor who declines functional cookies, or who leaves before answering the banner, cannot be tracked by link. Your partner code does not depend on any of that.
No. A referral is only claimed when the account was created after the click, and clients you already resell under a For Agencies plan are excluded too, because that revenue is priced with your margin in it already. The programme is for new business.
No. Self-referral is refused automatically for the same account, and referrals that look like one person behind two accounts are held for review rather than paid — a person looks at those, so a false positive costs a delay, not the commission.
Yes. Reviews, comparisons and "best tool" round-ups are the channel, and we don't restrict where they rank organically. What is off limits is paid search on our brand terms, pointing ads directly at our site, putting our name in a domain, and any page a reasonable visitor would take for an official RankNexus page.
No. Bidding on our brand, our misspellings, or brand-plus-modifier terms such as coupon, discount, review, pricing, alternative or login is prohibited, as is direct-linking paid ads at our site. That traffic was already ours; paying commission on it would be paying twice.
In your partner dashboard, issued on approval. Clicks appear as they happen, a referral appears once the account is created, and a commission appears once the payment is captured — each with the reason it was paid, held or reversed.
No. Payouts are made in rupees or US dollars. Indian partners have tax deducted at source from the payout where the law requires it — that comes out of the payment, not out of the commission you were told you earned, and the deduction is credited against your own tax.
Tell us who your audience is, and we'll come to you with the rate before the programme goes public.
