Smart pre-fill: fill outreach forms from the live page
RankNexus reads the target submission form and maps your details to its real fields, so the page-agent command targets the actual form, not a generic template.
Smart pre-fill is an upgrade on the Guest-Post Kit and directory Submission kits. Instead of a generic command, RankNexus opens the target submission page, finds the real form fields, and works out the exact value for each one, then hands you a command that targets those fields by name.
Nothing changes about the safe model: it still runs in your own browser with your own login, and it stops before submit. RankNexus only reads the public page to plan the fill; it never logs in and never submits.
How it works
- 1You click Read the live form (guest post) or Smart pre-fill from the live form (a directory prospect).
- 2RankNexus fetches the target's public submission page and parses its real fields: text inputs, textareas and dropdowns, with their labels and any select options.
- 3It maps your project details onto those fields, picking a dropdown category from the form's own options.
- 4You get a field-to-value table plus a selector-accurate page-agent command to run and review.
Where the values come from
- Article title: the humanized draft the kit just generated.
- Author name and bio: the fields you filled in the Guest-Post Kit.
- Business name and site: your project's name and domain.
- Description: your backlink campaign's business description.
- Category: chosen from the target form's own dropdown options, never invented.
Use it
- 1Guest post: generate the kit, then under 2b Smart pre-fill click Read the live form. Review the table, copy the command, run it in the page-agent side panel, and submit yourself.
- 2Directory: expand a Directory prospect on Backlinks, click Smart pre-fill from the live form, then the same review-and-run flow.
If the page is behind a login or built entirely in JavaScript, no fields are found and you simply use the standard command. Password and captcha fields are never filled, and RankNexus never invents an email or any personal data it was not given.
Common questions
Does smart pre-fill submit the form?
No. It only reads the page and prepares the values. The command stops before submit, and you review and click Submit yourself in your own browser.
Does RankNexus log in to read the form?
No. It fetches the public page only. If the form sits behind a login, it finds nothing and you fall back to the standard command.
Can it fill the wrong field?
It fills only fields it actually parsed from the page, and drops any value it cannot match to a real field, so it will not target something that is not there.
