Archive or remove a client site

Take a site off your list, delete it for good, and revoke the access you held.

Both options live in the ⋯ menu on the site's card on your Sites page.

Archive (keep the data)

Archive project hides the site from your list but keeps everything: crawls, fixes and history. Use it for a client who might come back.

Delete (permanent)

Delete site removes the site and all of its data. It can't be undone, so you confirm it first.

Revoke access (do this when an engagement ends)

  • WordPress: deactivate and delete the plugin in WP admin, or use Disconnect under Settings → (your agency's name) in WP admin.
  • Webflow: delete the API token in Site settings → Apps & integrations.
  • Google and Bing: the client removes your access, or you revoke it in your own account if you connected with yours.
  • Remove the snippet from their site if you installed one.

Archiving and deleting only change your dashboard. Fixes already applied stay on the client's site, and revoking access is a separate step; always do it when an engagement truly ends.
